Privacy Policy

How Vaxen Labs collects, uses, and protects information when you use this website.

Effective Date: June 20, 2026

Information we collect

We collect a limited amount of information so we can respond to inquiries and operate this website safely. This includes information you provide directly and basic technical information collected automatically by our infrastructure partners when you visit, such as IP addresses, general server logs, and standard request data. We intentionally do not use tracking cookies or third-party behavioral analytics software on this site.

Information submitted through contact forms

When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide. This may include your name, organization, role or title, email address, optional phone number, organization type, preferred meeting format, and a description of the workflow you’d like help with. We use this information strictly to follow up regarding your request.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and schedule an intake conversation.
  • Understand your needs and prepare for a meeting.
  • Communicate with you about a potential or active engagement.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the security and performance of this website.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate this website and communicate with you, and only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to run, secure, and deliver this website. These providers process information on our behalf and under their own terms and privacy practices:

  • Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare to host and secure our website. As our network proxy, Cloudflare automatically processes standard web traffic data (such as IP addresses and request headers) to detect malicious activity and provide us with basic, aggregated daily visitor counts.
  • Resend: Contact form submissions are delivered by email using Resend. The information you submit in the form is transmitted through that service so we can receive and reply to your message.

Data security & compliance

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Because Vaxen Labs specializes in privacy-first, local AI architecture, we recognize the critical nature of data sovereignty. For client projects involving sensitive, regulated, or proprietary workflows, additional agreements (such as Data Processing Agreements), controls, and compliance reviews will be executed prior to deployment.

Data retention

We keep contact inquiries for as long as needed to respond to your request and for our ordinary business and recordkeeping purposes, after which we delete or archive the information. You can ask us to remove your inquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit information through the contact form, and you can ask us to update or delete the details you’ve shared. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Governing law

This policy and your use of the website are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes related to this policy shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas.
